What SermonSync collects

SermonSync may collect church contact information, pastor or staff contact information, sermon materials provided by a church, pilot application responses, member names, phone numbers, language preferences, consent records, and delivery-status data needed to operate sermon recap and follow-up workflows.

How SermonSync uses information

We use information to review pilot applications, create sermon recap pages, prepare pastor-approved follow-up messages, manage recipient consent status, deliver messages when approved, provide support, maintain service security, and improve the product.

Texting and consent

Churches are responsible for confirming that members have agreed to receive church messages before live texting begins. SermonSync does not permit purchased, rented, scraped, or cold contact lists. Recipients may reply STOP to unsubscribe where SMS is used.

Service providers

SermonSync may use service providers for hosting, database storage, email, analytics, messaging delivery, and operational support. We do not sell member contact lists or share them with third parties for their independent marketing.

Data requests

Churches may request correction or removal of pilot data by contacting hello@sermonsync.church.
